Sandfish can be used in the spool of the Sewing Machine to create the dyeable Fish Shirt. 
Fish Pond
Sandfish can be placed in a Fish Pond, where they will reproduce every 4 days. The initial pond capacity is 3 fish, but the capacity can be increased to 10 by completing two quests. The primary output is yellow Sandfish Roe, but Cactus Seeds are also possible at population 10.

Quests
- Sandfish may be randomly requested after the player has completed the Vault Bundles at the "Help Wanted" board outside Pierre's General Store for a reward of 225g and 150 Friendship points.
- Two Sandfish may be requested by Dorado, Lingcod, or Pike in a Fish Pond quest to increase the capacity of the pond from 7 to 10.
History
- 1.4: Added to Help Wanted quests. Added iridium quality. Can now be used in Tailoring. Can be requested in Fish Pond quests.
