Summer Thursdays

My recent edit corrected info for Summer Thursdays, which had listed Demetrius' visit to the Clinic. I viewed his day by playing the game and following him on the 25th (Comm Cntr fixed, if it matters), and added details and corrections. It is my conjecture, however, that the original entry was correct only for the 25th, as it is not usual for villagers to get a health check-up every week for a season. Thus, I labeled the day I viewed as the 25th-only, which leaves a blank in the schedule for other Thursdays in summer. Butterbur (talk) 21:12, 10 October 2017 (BST)

Demetrius Sleep Walking?

On First Year, Summer 11th, I found Demetrius walking nearby the Community Center at 11:40pm. Curious about this, I followed him until 12:30am, which was when he started his journey back home. At 12am I talked to him and he said something like "Honey, can we hurry? The Ballroom is waiting!" and walked on. Couldn't find anything about this on his page, so I thought I'd post this here.

Villagers seem to follow their non-festival schedules on festival days. They get confused when you enter the festival area, and pick up where they left off when you leave. Hopefully this will get fixed in version 1.4 of the game! margotbean (talk) 23:51, 21 September 2019 (UTC)

Robin: Demetrius's Second Spouse?

Under the "Relationships" heading, it states:

It is assumed that Demetrius is Robin's second husband, because there are 2 books in the bookcase of their room titled "Maximizing Your Second Marriage" and "Practical Tips For First-Time Step-Dads."

These two books are on the left side of the bookshelf whereas the right side of the bookshelf is filled with carpentry magazines.

The presence of those two books make it more likely that Robin is Demetrius's second spouse, not vice-versa. Demetrius would be more likely to buy a book entitled "Practical Tips For First-Time Step-Dads" than Robin (as Robin is not a first-time step-dad). It also would fit that Demetrius gets half of the bookshelf (containing these two books) while Robin gets the other half (containing carpentry magazines).

Thus, I propose changing the article to read:

It is assumed that Robin is Demetrius's second husband, because there are 2 books in the bookcase of their room titled "Maximizing Your Second Marriage" and "Practical Tips For First-Time Step-Dads."

I don't see a contradiction here. Demetrius is clearly Robin's second husband, because Sebastian is Robin's biological son. If this is Demetrius's first marriage, that would make him a first-time step-dad, so it makes sense that the book "Practical Tips For First-Time Step-Dads" belongs to him, while "Maximizing Your Second Marriage" belongs to Robin. I don't see a contradiction either...Demetrius could reasonably buy a book called "Maximizing Your Second Marriage" even if it was his first (or both of their seconds)--many people will read self-help books written with their partners as the intended audience to get a better understanding of what they are going through. Quest Reward needs correction?

For the Quest to fetch Pufferfish, it lists the reward as 750 gold and a heart (250 points) of friendship, but in both the general quests listing and the pufferfish page it states the reward is 1,000 gold and a heart. Don't have a save near Summer year 2 to confirm which is right, can someone confirm and correct? JojaCola (talk) 09:14, 04 September 2020 (UTC)
