Added Section Start/End

Similar to Sprinkler#Upgrades that are the same across Sprinkler, Quality Sprinkler, and Iridium Sprinkler I added "Section" tags to the Dwarf Scroll I. I don't see any problem with changing the data on Dwarf Scroll II, Dwarf Scroll III, and Dwarf Scroll IV as they're almost the same item as far as donating, description, and Gifting.

Is that a prefereable change, then if something there changes in the future it will automatically copy to the others? TheElm (talk) 01:48, 28 December 2020 (UTC)

That's too ambitious, the information isn't enough to qualify it for transclusion, and it's already on the pages. margotbean (talk) 01:58, 28 December 2020 (UTC)
