Trivia?

Emily's natural hair colour is a light-chestnut brown, I learned this by talking to Caroline in winter. Does this belong in this page? seems pertinent.

Sure, maybe under trivia at the very bottom? (like Abigail's page) -- Katzeus (talk) 17:09, 7 March 2016 (EST)

Random Gifts sent through the Mail

See Caroline's Talk Page for an explanation of how the game determines when an NPC will send you a gift. margotbean (talk) 22:24, 26 September 2017 (BST)

Schedule Organization

I'd like to introduce the thought that a "regular schedule" cannot logically come at the end of a list of deviations. By definition, or at least by intuition (if you're inclined to disagree), the regular schedule is the thing that is deviated from, not the thing that happens when there's no higher-precedent deviation.

In addition, how does this position for the regular schedule relate to the various seasonal schedules that are listed? Which takes precedence? It seems to me that deviations by definition take precedence over all other schedules when their conditions are met. If the "regular schedule" then, which has no conditions, is a deviation, then it must override all the seasonal listings, making them irrelevant!

I can't logically make out what this article intends to say, or what happens under what conditions. If I were to guess, I would say that the regular schedule ought to be presented up front, either replicated in the seasons, or limited and distributed across them. I think that schedule is pretty much what Emily does most of the time in any season, but only on certain days of the week. The seasonal listings are little help, as they mostly consist of bits and pieces of the regular schedule without variation. There are a couple of entries that show regular non-workday activities, like the exercise class, but even that is not made consistent between the seasons (though I think it mostly is).

I don't know for a certainty all the conditions and mixtures, and I'm not inclined to sit around observing her for 112 game days in order to figure out the patterns. I'm sure some code reading could establish actual patterns here. And some reorganization of the article is called for to present the material in a more logical manner. Or so I conclude, anyway. I hope there is a taker on the idea of cleaning up, and many thanks to whomever may respond! Butterbur (talk) 04:16, 5 February 2018 (UTC)

Summer Thursday is missing

In Emily's schedule section, there appears to be nothing for Thursdays during Summer. Would anyone be able to add it in? – numbermaniac 10:05, 18 August 2018 (BST)

For some reason, her normal schedule is under "Deviations" at the very bottom of the section. I would expect her to be following that on a normal Thursday in Summer.
I have it on my "to do" list to re-do all the villagers's schedules, because there are more holes in them than swiss cheese, and some inaccuracies. However, this is a monumental task that keeps getting pushed to the bottom of my list. In the meantime, there is this utility: https://stardew.djomp.co.uk/ --margotbean (talk) 15:12, 18 August 2018 (BST)
I'm sure reading the code would improve things, and that is what the website you listed does. However, I have still observed cases wherein the game does not follow the behavior that the code pieces would indicate. "Why", I think, remains a mystery. But the actual game behavior I've seen seems to be the same in v1.3 as it was in v1.2. FWIW, the website is still on v1.2. Butterbur (talk) 07:23, 19 August 2018 (BST)

Visiting Sandy for her birthday

As of 1.5, I spoted Emily leaving the bus to Calico Desert around 11am, going to the store to gift Sandy. By 1pm they leave to hang out on the bench beside the store. Can anyone confirm? I'm not sure how to edit the main page (just made my account to insert this info). Mscalil (talk) 19:13, 27 December 2020 (UTC)mscalil

Yes, it's on the Version History page.  ;) margotbean (talk) 19:29, 27 December 2020 (UTC)
I meant to do it before, but I added it to her Schedule. Still needs some of the times. TheElm (talk) 19:37, 27 December 2020 (UTC)
