I decided to include the mailbox upgrade and not the Farm Obelisk upgrade in the screenshots - the mailbox upgrade is available right after repairing the house and is pretty affordable, whereas the Obelisk upgrade is only accessible after repairing the Beach Resort, which is a bit more of an undertaking. It seemed natural to group the mailbox upgrade into this page, and then have a note linking to the Obelisk at the bottom. Efarn (talk) 08:43, 22 January 2021 (UTC)
