What are the known exceptions for this item?

It doesn't work on Sandy's Oasis, and I'm wondering if there are any other buildings that this key cannot be used for. --pooiyx (talk) 12:23, 13 January 2021 (UTC)

I believe Sandy's is the only place, but it makes sense in my opinion. It is the Key to the Town, and she doesn't live in town. TheElm (talk) 15:40, 18 January 2021 (UTC)

Does it actually work in rooms?

I've tried twice to deliver birthday gifts to villagers I have no hearts with in their bedrooms (Haley and Maru), and it wouldn't let me in because I didn't have high enough friendship with them. Carnilius (talk) 23:54, 17 January 2021 (UTC)

I'm unable to test this myself right now but the item description doesn't mention friendship so I went ahead and removed that part from the page.--Spaceeinstein (talk) 01:03, 18 January 2021 (UTC)
