While I know it's possible to enter the opposite gender's locker room from the bath [as opposed to the lobby], I am unsure whether or not there is some way to enter through the lobby. I also don't know whether there is any type of interaction that occurs if either Linus or Alex catch you entering or leaving the locker room you aren't supposed to be in.
