Fixed it up: better pictures, clarified text, eliminated redundancies between this and the Krobos page, tossed in a link to an unlock guide at the bottom that I spackled together to be helpful. Feel free to replace it with a better one, it's just there as less spoilery help for new players. If anything needs fixed feel free to replace it or let me know. --Mattados (talk) 21:23, 15 March 2016 (EDT)

Force Field?

I'm playing v.1.11 of the game, and there is a force field blocking my way into the sewers. There is shockingly little information about this (that I can find) anywhere on the web... I am new to Stardew Valley and to this Wiki (so perhaps I missed something) but I think there should be an explanation of the force field on the page. And perhaps someone who knows how to get past it would write-up the section!  :) Thanks Margotbean (talk) 17:38, 31 October 2016 (GMT)margotbean

Do you mean the force field at the left side of the sewers? That leads to the Mutant Bug Lair and is only accessible after a certain quest--Enkidu (talk) 19:00, 31 October 2016 (GMT)
Yes, I mean that force field. For some reason I thought that was the way to access the sewers. I simply didn't see the path to the right, I guess. I can't go back and trigger the cutscene where I gain access to the sewers for the first time, so I can't say if I had a major brain freeze, or if the path was too well hidden by fog, or if I encountered a bug. (I'm pretty sure it was brain freeze due to my not wanting to spoiler the game *at all* mixed with a touch of too much fog.) Thanks so much for your reply! Now I know why I couldn't find any search results for "force field" -- they're all listed under the "quest".... Margotbean (talk) 13:49, 1 November 2016 (GMT)margotbean
