Purchasing

I am confused by the phrase used in this article "may be purchased from Robin". Does this mean we can (after the letter) go directly to her in person and purchase it (wherever she may be, and after business hours)? Or does it mean we should go to the Carpenter's Shop during business hours? If the latter, the article should say "may be purchased from the Carpenter's Shop", as other items' articles say.
