* Given that treasures can give one or more stacks of 4 Beans during the quest, fishing is a very reliable source of Qi Beans when combined with the [[Skills#Fishing|Pirate fishing skill]] and a [[Treasure Hunter|Treasure Hunter tackle]].
* During the quest, it may be helpful to create more Qi Beans in the [[Seed Maker]]s instead of selling the firsts Fruits.
* Breaking [[Geodes]] sometimes yields 1 or 5 Qi Beans
* Excess Qi Beans and Qi Fruit stored in a [[Junimo Chest]] do not despawn when the quest timer ends
* Planted Qi Beans despawn when the quest timer ends
