They can be removed by holding another hat and clicking on them again; that will pop off the old hat, but won't place the new hat unless you do it again.* Hats can be placed on [[Scarecrow#Rarecrows|Rarecrow 3 (Alien)unexpected things]]. They can only be removed by breaking the rarecrow, which will drop both items.* Hats can be placed on [[Sea Urchin|like horses and sea urchins]] in [[Fish Tank|fish tanks]] by holding the hat and clicking the fish tank. They can be removed by opening the fish tank inventory and taking the hat.
