It will always drop the [[Prismatic Jelly]] that must be delivered to the Wizard in order to end the quest.
An easy and fast way to find it It is not set to take the mine's elevator a specific location you need to level search for, so refreshing a single floor (like 5, then going back to 0 if the prismatic slime doesn't show up, and repeat) repeatedly can eventually spawn it.
