Changes

Hey! I've added a couple images for various articles, and I'm been manually adding the licensing section after the fact. I noticed there's a "Licensing" drop down on the Upload Image page, but when I look in the drop down, the only option is "None Selected." Is this something that maybe needs to be updated? Otherwise I can continue adding the "License CA" template after upload. (I couldn't find any guidelines around image uploads, but it seemed like every image I looked at had the licensing disclaimer, so I wanted to err on the side of caution and include it). Thanks! One of the issues on the trouble shooting page page includes a link to the Microsoft XNA framework but the download was taken down by Microsoft so I want to replace it with a link to the Wayback Machine where you can download it but cant because I can't add links. I spent like three hours trying to get this fixed and so did another guy I know so having this changed would have saved the two of us a total of about 9 hours of trouble.
