Changes

The Ice Cream Stand is near located directly to the east of the second bridge in Pelican Townleading towards the blacksmith shop and the museum. It is only open in the Summer, from Thursday to Tuesdaywhen it is not raining and when Alex is behind the counter, on non rainy days, which is from 1:00 to 5:00, and is run by Alex. When it is open, Ice Cream can be bought purchased for 250g, and Haley can often be found next to the stand, making it a good place to look for her during the summer.
