A '''Maple Tree''' is a type of [[Trees|Tree]]. It grows in 10 to 12 days after planting from a [[Maple Seed]], so long the area in a one tile radius remains clear. Non-fruit bearing trees A properly planted Maple Seed has approximately a 20% chance of growing to the next stage each day, though Maple Trees do not grow in winter season[[Winter]].
If a tree or other items are directly adjacent, the tree will not grow. Once fully grown, items can be placed near the tree.
