The '''{{PAGENAME}}''' is a type of [[Equipment#Refining|Refining Equipment]] in Stardew Valley. It is placed on a [[tree]] and produces [[Maple Syrup]], [[Oak Resin]], or [[Pine Tar]]. It can also be placed on a [[Big MushroomTree]] tree to produce different mushrooms.
The Tapper can be removed from a tree by hitting it once with an axe. This leaves the Tapper intact and able to be reused.
If the Tapper is on a tree when it is struck by lightning, the Tapper will be destroyed and its ingredients will not be recoverable.
Tappers placed on [[Maple Tree]]s, [[Oak Tree]]s, or [[Pine Tree]]s will continue to produce during [[Winter]]. Since Big Mushroom trees Trees turn to stumps in [[Winter]], tappers placed on them will produce nothing.
