The '''Ancient Seed''' is an [[Artifacts|Artifact]] that can be found by digging up an [[Artifact Spot]] in [[Cindersap Forest]], the [[Quarry]], or [[the Mountain]]s, and or obtained from [[Fishing#Treasure Chests|Fishing Treasure Chests]]. It is also a rare drop from [[Bug]]s, [[Grub]]s, [[Mutant Fly|Mutant Flies]], and [[Mutant Grub]]s (0.5%).

This artifact can be [[Crafting|crafted]] into viable [[Ancient Seeds|seeds]] that can be planted to grow an [[Ancient Fruit]] in [[Spring]], [[Summer]] or and [[Fall]], or in the [[Greenhouse]].

Donation The only productive use of this the first Ancient Seed artifact that you find is donating it to the [[Museum]]. The item contributes to the total count of the donations for the [[Museum]]donations.

In addition, donating this rewards the player with the See [[Ancient Seeds|Ancient Fruit seedsGunther]] crafting recipe, along with (behind the counter) to collect your reward for the donation. It includes one pack of said (plantable) Ancient Seeds, plus the recipe that is needed to craft any further Ancient Seed artifacts you find into more seeds.
