[[Gus]] offers a variety of [[cooking|food and recipes]] for sale. He also has a rotating supply of [[cooking|cooked dishes]].
Note: You must interact with the cash register on the counter to shop at the Saloon, rather than [[Gus]]. You can shop at the register regardless of whether Gus is near it.
