{{beta3|After the final [[Farmhouse]] upgrade, players are able to purchase a "Community Upgrade" from [[Robin]] at the [[Carpenter's Shop]] for {{price|500000}} and 950 [[Wood]]. Robin will then build a new house for Pam (and Penny, if the player is not married to Penny).
Once the house is built, a cutscene plays during which the player can choose to tell Pam who paid for the home or to remain anonymous.

Approximately 1 week after the new house is built, entering the house will trigger a cutscene with Pam, during which the player may choose from 2 dialogue responses. One will not affect friendship, and the other will cause the player to lose 1000 friendship points with Pam.
