Processing time calculates differently while sleeping than while awake. 1 hour = 60 minutes when awake but = 100 minutes when sleeping. So if you sleep a whole day, the machine would process 2400 minutes (100 × 24). If you work from 6:00AM till 12:00AM and sleep 6 hours, the machine will process 1680 minutes a day (60 × 18 + 100 × 6). If you work from 6:00AM till 2:00AM and faint 4 hours, the machine will process 1600 mins a day (60 × 20 + 100 × 4).
In addition, when you place the tapper on or after you harvested a product, the time left will intermediately be subtracted by the time already passed this day, start from 00:00 (so past 00:00 will make much less time to be subtracted), and each whole hour passed will be count as 100 minutes. For example, if you harvest an Oak Resin on 6:00AM, the time left will be 12400 minutes(13000-600), if on 10:40PM, it will be 10760 minutes (13000-2240), and if on 00:30, the time left will be 12970 minutes (13000-30).
