* It is technically possible to get a [[villager]] to dance with you in the first year, given that they are talked to every day, and given two gifts a week that they love. [[Shane]] is the easiest to get a dance with in the first year, given it's his birthday before the dance, but it's also possible to dance with [[Leah]] and [[Harvey]], as at least one of their favoured gifts are easy to buy early in the game.
* After you are married, you can choose to dance with other partners. Your spouse may dance with someone else as well.
*Talking to [[Haley]] before starting the Flower Dance will result in her saying that she is "practicing her dance moves". However, her sprite appears to just be wandering around aimlessly.
