There is tons of evidence that Abigail is not Pierre's real daughter but is actually the Wizard's daughter

He feels threatened by [[JojaMart]] and [[Morris]]'s attempts to draw his customers away from the store, and worries that he won't be able to make as much money because of this.
Pierre has 8+ heart dialogue saying that he believes that Abigail looks nothing like him and he wonders if he is the real father. Put together The Wizard's 10 heart dialogue which mentions that someone in Pelican Town is actually his daughter, Caroline's 8+ heart dialogue saying that she used to take trips to the Wizard's Tower and to not tell Pierre for he might get jealous, and Abigail's pale white skin and purple hair, and her adventurous behavior and the evidence that Pierre is not the real father of Abigail makes since.
He has a strained relationship with Abigail due to their different beliefs, as shown in a few cutscenes.
