The Mines

If you pass out in the Mines from exhaustion (zero [[energy]]), or when 2:00AM arrives, you lose 10% of your gold, up to a maximum of {{Price|1000}}. If you pass out from drained [[health]], you lose the same amount of gold and also various inventory items, including [[weapons]] and [[tools]] (except for the [[Galaxy Sword]]). If tools are lost, they are returned in the mail on the following day, though [[Tools#Fishing_Poles|Fishing poles]] and weapons will not be returned. You will awaken in the mine entrance, found by one of the villagers.
You can recover some lost items by contacting [[Marlon]] at the [[Adventurer's Guild]]. One lost item (or stack Marlon's Item Recovery Service presents a list of the items) can be purchased thereyou lost most recently, any time after passing out due grouped into stacks of one or more (as in a chest). You may select only one stack to low healthredeem; the others will be lost forever. The price of recovery is what the base sell price of the lost item (''i.e.,'' the gold that stack would be obtained from if you were selling one item or stack of the items(not buying back). Marlon's Item You must recover the entire stack; partial stacks are not available. The Recovery Service persists is available only until the next you select a stack to recover; it then disappears until you lose more items another time . Only the player loses items in the Mines, when previously most recently lost items are list is ever available for recovery; the entire list is replaced by newly lost each time you lose items, even if you made no earlier selection.
A [[Minecart]] is located on the entry floor for quick travel to and from the mine. It is unlocked by completing the [[Community Center]] [[Bundles#Boiler Room|boiler room]] bundles or purchased from the [[Joja Community Development Form]].
