Old Mariner is an ghost NPC who appears on the right area of the beach who is mostly shrouded in mystery. He is responsible for selling [[Mermaid's Pendant]], a [[marriage]] token. Two conditions must be met for him to appear:
-Bridge on beach must be repaired
These conditions do not absolutely guarantee he will appear, although he is usually on the beach when these conditions are right.
In a lost book, it is said that an old ghost of a mariner appears to give the player a Mermaid's Pendant.
