By entering the Spa, passing through the changing room, and remaining stationary in the pool, [[The Player|the player]]s [[energy]] and [[health]] is rapidly restored.
The player may pause the game and still regain energy, saving time during the day. This is similar to the train still passing even if the game is paused.
There are two changing rooms - one for women and one for men. You cannot enter the changing room opposite to [[The Player|the player]]s gender.
