Pigs mature after 10 days. The Pig will dig up [[Truffles]] and leave them on the ground, which sell for a base of {{Price|625}}. You do not need to stay on the farm screen for them to produce truffles.
A pigs pig's chance of creating produce is governed by the the rules listed in the [[Animals#Produce | Produce section of Animal Care]] with three exceptions:
# They must be let outside to create their produce.
# They cannot produce truffles in Winter or Rain.
