:'''Note''': The Old Mariner will never not appear during winter, regardless of weather conditions. (Tested on 10/31/2017 - this may no longer be true. He appeared when it was raining due to unless a Rain Totemis used. Not sure if bug. Note: this was in a modded game.)
If the player has a relationship with an NPC that is 10 hearts and a [[bouquet]] has been given, the player may purchase the pendant for {{price|5000}}. After using the pendant he will say, "Glad the Amulet worked out for ye, lad/miss."
