So even though he's "gone fishing" and "will be back tomorrow", he can still be seen following his schedule. But cannot enter the shop.
Although the door will unlock, the shop will be closed on [[Days of the Week#Saturday|Saturday]]s, unless it is raining.
If the player has not read the mail from Willy sent on the 2nd of Spring, then this shop cannot be entered.
