Using the Rain Totem will never cause a storm, it will only cause rain.
However, if used on a storm day, the next day will also be stormy instead of rainy. Storms can be chained this way till the next [[Festival]] or till the 1st of any season. This is an easy way to farm make a [[Battery PacksPack]]farm.
