Geographical/National Origins

Just as a general note, it's cool to know more about the dishes in general, but it doesn't look like the geographical/national origins are something that is discussed on this wiki's Cooked Dish pages. There's other dishes that the player makes that are also clearly inspired by recipes with varied origins, but they're not brought up in the game, and also not things that couldn't be found on a general wikipedia.
